The Aquanello Eterna ET4002-01 chrome-look cold-water fountain faucet combines an elegant curved design with the bright, luxurious appearance of mirror-polished stainless steel. The faucet is specially designed for fountains and smaller sinks that use only cold water.

The faucet is made of high-quality stainless steel. For the -01 color finish, the visible stainless steel is polished to a very smooth, mirror-like finish. This creates a high-quality chrome-look with a strong sheen and a reflective surface.

Important: The ET4002-01 does not feature a traditional chrome plating. The shiny chrome look is achieved by polishing the stainless steel itself.

The Aquanello Eterna ET4002-01 is designed as a true cold-water faucet. The faucet connects to a single cold-water line and does not mix hot and cold water.

The integrated control allows the cold-water flow to be easily turned on, turned off, and regulated.

Tall version, approximately 220 mm

The ET4002-01 has a total height of approximately 220 mm. Its tall, curved design creates extra clearance between the faucet and the sink or washbasin.

According to the technical specifications, the spout opening is located approximately 100 mm above the mounting surface.

This makes this model particularly suitable when a taller, more spacious-looking handwashing faucet is desired.

Spout length of approximately 154 mm

The faucet has a spout length of approximately 154 mm. This allows the water stream to reach further toward the center of the basin or sink.

This makes the ET4002-01 suitable for slightly larger sinks or situations where the faucet is mounted a bit further from the inside edge of the basin.

Slim, round design

The faucet consists of a slim, round tube with a diameter of approximately Ø24 mm. The smoothly curved shape gives the fountain faucet an elegant and understated appearance.

The mirror-polished surface accentuates the rounded shapes and provides a clear, high-quality reflection.

No coating—just polished stainless steel

Care of Polished Stainless Steel

Due to the mirror-like finish, water droplets and fingerprints may be more visible on a shiny surface than on brushed stainless steel.

For daily maintenance, we recommend wiping the faucet with a soft, damp cloth and then, if necessary, drying it with a soft cloth.

Do not use abrasive sponges or harsh, highly acidic, or alkaline cleaning agents. This will help keep the polished surface looking its best.

1-hole sink or countertop installation

The ET4002-01 is designed for single-hole installation on a sink, washbasin, or compatible countertop.

The faucet is mounted directly through the mounting surface. The round base, with a diameter of approximately Ø55 mm, ensures a clean, flush connection to the surface.

Fixed spout

The spout is designed as a fixed, non-swiveling spout. This keeps the structure stable and ensures the faucet retains its sleek design.

During installation, the position is therefore adjusted to match the shape and dimensions of the selected pedestal sink or countertop.

No drain system

The ET4002-01 does not feature an integrated control for the sink drain. A matching sink plug can be selected separately.

This allows the drain to be fully customized to the chosen sink and desired color scheme.

The majority of our orders are shipped with various carriers. Sometimes we use other carriers to deliver specific orders or to ease the load on the main carriers to meet our delivery promises.

The expected delivery time is always shown on the product page. Most products that we have in stock are shipped the same day. The evening before delivery, you will receive tracking information with a time window for the delivery. Important to know: the drivers of our chosen carriers deliver the products to the front door on the ground floor.

Also, for larger products such as granite sinks, large fragile sinks, cabinets, etc., you will receive a tracking code in the evening. These products are not delivered to the neighbors and a signature is required, so someone must be home to receive the product. Note: these large products are not delivered on Saturdays!

If the delivery of a large product fails on the first attempt, the carrier will contact you via email or SMS to send you a schedule so you can choose a time when you will be home.

Delivery surcharges of €30 to €100 apply for shipments to islands, due to additional logistical costs such as water transport and limited accessibility, and there are surcharges for pallet shipments for transporting fragile and heavier products.
